Planned Change Orders Page

The Planned Change Orders page (P51001X|W51001XC) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding planned change orders.

  • Analyze multiple aspects for planned change orders such as costs and revenues.

  • Easily access tasks related to planned change orders.

To access the UX One Planned Change Orders page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Project Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Project Execution page. Click the Planned Change Orders task on the springboard to access the Mange Jobs page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Watchlist Alert

Description

Pending Planned Change Orders

This alert tells users how many planned change orders are pending (status = P).

This alert is based on the Planned Change Order Entry program (P5314).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Planned Change Orders form.

New Planned Change Orders

This alert tells users how many change orders are at status S (submitted) or P (pending) and are within the time frame that you specify.

This alert is based on the Planned Change Order Entry program (P5314).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Planned Change Orders form.

New Approved Planned Change Orders

This alert tells users how many change orders are at status A (approved) and are within the time frame that you specify.

This alert is based on the Planned Change Order Entry program (P5314).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Planned Change Orders form.
