Charts

These charts are filtered by login history. By default, the charts are rendered using the delivered queries that are listed below. You can change the begin date and end date of a query as required. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. The queries can be defined using the application P9312|W9312C (for example, query based on last year, last quarter using the sign in date column, and so on) and can be used derive the UXOne charts.

Top 10 clients

Shows the clients that are used the most to access JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This information helps you to identify if there is any man-in-the-middle attack from any of the machines. You can use this data to block external access.

Least 10 clients

Shows the clients that are rarely used for access. This information can be used for decommissioning the clients if they are no longer needed.

Top 10 users

Shows the users who are frequently using the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application for their daily activities. This data helps you to identify the users with high level of activity and also to flag users who might have abnormal activity on the system. This data also helps you to identify if there is a particular section or sector within the customer business where the activity load is higher than other areas.

Environment

Using this information, you can identify the different environments accessed by users and the environments that are most accessed. This information helps in auditing.

Role

Using this information, you can identify the different roles and the frequency in which each role is used.

Day

Shows how many users were logged into JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on a particular day. This query shows information in a bar chart for the last 24 hours and shows how many sessions were registered through the new security tables.

Month

Shows how many users were logged into JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a particular month. This query shows information in bar chart for the last month and shows how many sessions were registered through the new security tables.

Top 10 failed login attempts

Shows the different clients that were frequently trying to access JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and failed. This information helps you to in identify unauthorized access.
