1. Approval Workflow

Use this processing option to activate the Sustainability Framework Approval Workflow (K20S0011A). You must have the specific version of the Approval workflow activated using the Object Management Workbench (OMW) or the Orchestrator Studio. Values are:

Blank: Do not activate the workflow.

1: Activate the workflow.

2. Parent Address Number

Enter a number that identifies an entry in the Address Book system, such as employee, applicant, participant, customer, supplier, tenant, or location. If left blank, the system takes the originator address number for the distribution list.

3. Structure Type

Enter a value from UDC 01/TS that identifies a type of organizational structure that has its own hierarchy in the Address Book system, such as an e-mail. If you leave this blank, the system takes SF as the default value.
