Voiding the Sustainability Activity Record in the Sustainability Activity Ledger

Access the Void Activity form.

Void Date

Enter the date on which the activity ledger record is voided. You can only enter a date equal to or greater than the activity date.

Reason Code

Enter a value from user-defined table (20S/RC) to specify a reason for reversal or void of transaction.
