Understanding the Voucher Entry in Sustainability Framework

The JD Edwards Sustainability Framework integrates with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Payable and EnterpriseOne Procurement systems with which it can record the activity data related to sustainability while creating vouchers. This data is crucial for emission calculations which in turn ensures accurate and comprehensive reporting of sustainability-related activities.

These programs support the data recording for Sustainability:

  • Standard Voucher Entry (P0411) for direct entry of vouchers.
  • Voucher Match (P4314) for two-way and three-way voucher match.

These programs enable you to associate sustainability-related activity data with the corresponding transactions, and store it in the Sustainability Activity Ledger (F20S11) for tracking and reporting purposes.
