Checking In Objects
Access Object Management Workbench - Web.
In the Object grid, select an object.
From the More Row Actions drop-down menu, select one of the following options:
- (For UDOs) Check In / Approve / Share - Select this option if you want to check in the object.
- (For UDOs) Check In / Approve and Reserve - Select this option if you want to check in the object, but keep it checked out so users continue to make modifications.
- (For Non-UDOs) Check-In: Select this option if you want to check in the
object.Note: Starting with Tools Release 9.2.9, you can edit the Short Description, Long Description, and Product Code of UDOs. For each UDO type, you can only change certain properties. For the list of properties that can be edited for each UDO type, see Editing the Properties of UDOs (Release 9.2.9). The system displays an error if you check in a UDO with the same Short Description and Product Code as another UDO that is already shared or checked in.
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne OMW indicates that an object is checked in by removing the check mark that was superimposed over the object's button when it was checked out.
