Resetting Merge for Control Tables Using the Web Client
To reset control table merges:
- Sign in to EnterpriseOne on the web client.
- From the Software Updates menu (GH9612), select the Work with Software Update - Web application (P96470W).
- From the grid, select the deployed ESU that you want to reset in an environment.
- Select the Row menu and click Deploy. The Software Update Environment Selection form appears.
- Deselect the Backup and Create OMW Project and Package Assembly checkboxes that are selected by default.
- Select the environment and click Reset Merge from
Row menu. The Software Update Control
Table History form (P96470W) is displayed.Note: If the selected ESU is not deployed in the environment you select, the Reset Merge option is unavailable for selection in the Row menu.
- To change the status of the control tables individually, select a control table
record and click Change Status from Row menu, to manually
update the reset status to
30
.Alternatively, to reset the status of all the control tables, click Reset Merge from the Form menu. The system resets the merge status for all the tables to
30
. - Click OK.
This initiates the reset of the selected environment(s) and updates the status in the Software Update Detail (F9671) table. It then updates the Table Conversion Scheduler (F98405) to reflect completion, and writes a conversion log record to the Table Conversion History Log (F984052).
- In the Software Update Environment Selection form, click OK to deploy. The Work with Software Updates form shows the deployment status and displays the corresponding reports in the Software Updates Plan History pane.
