Downloading UN Language Packages from the Update Center

To download language packages which are in the multi-platform format:

  1. Access the Oracle JD Edwards Update Center.
  2. In the Search section, set the following criteria:
    1. In the Type field, select Cumulative Updates.
    2. In the Release field, select 9.2.
    3. In the Platform field, select Multi-platform.
  3. Enter the language name (for example JPN* for Japanese) in the Search for Name field to further limit the language package search and click Search.
  4. Review the search results.
  5. Click the download icon for the language package you want to add to your downloads (for example, JPN_UN9 for Japanese). The package is added to your Download Basket.
  6. From the Download Basket, download the package as a portable archive (.PAR) file.
Important: All UN9 language packages are dependent on UN9.
