Transfer Activity Rules for All Path Codes

Enter P98230 in the Fast Path.

  1. On Work with Object Management Activity Rules form, enter 21 in the From Project Status field and click Find.
  2. Select 26 – QA Test/Review and click Select.
  3. On the Object Transfer Activity Rules, verify the transfer activity rule for the User/Role that has the permission to advance the project from one path code to another.
  4. In the Fast Path, enter P95921 to access the Work With Role Relationships form.
  5. Enter CFR in the User field and click Find.
  6. Select the User/Role that has the permission from the Available Roles tree control and click the left arrow button to add it to the list of assigned roles.
