Overview of Configure Financial AAIs

The Configure Financial AAIs program (P01RS012) is based on the Automatic Accounting Instructions program (P0012) that is available in the standard JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software. The Automatic Accounting Instructions program performs functional data validation. Unlike the Automatic Accounting Instructions program, the Configure Financial AAIs program enables you to export volumes of data from the F0012 and F0012D tables to a spreadsheet. Additionally, you can add and revise data in the spreadsheet and, after clearing the contents of the table if applicable, import the data to the configuration program. When error-free, you can save the data to the tables.
