Cloud data source types: Oracle Analytics Cloud - Essbase, Planning, Narrative Reporting, Financial Consolidation and Close, Oracle Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management, Tax Reporting

On-premises data source types: Oracle Essbase, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle Hyperion Planning

You can zoom in on members in the grid to display data for their children and descendents.

Note:

Zoom In and Zoom Out operations are not supported in these cases:

On member formula cells when connected to an aggregate storage database.

Zoom operations on member formula cells are supported only when connected to a block storage database.
On views inserted from Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition or Oracle Analytics Cloud data sources.

Essbase, Oracle Analytics Cloud - Essbase, and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Standard-mode applications, such as Planning: You can zoom in to display data for members of the same level, same generation, or sibling level as the selected member.

Essbase and Oracle Analytics Cloud - Essbase: You can zoom in to display data for members that are defined by the formula of the selected member when connected to block storage databases.

Note:

In the Zooming In and Out topics, references to EPM Cloud Standard-mode applications apply to these business processes: Planning, Planning Modules, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Tax Reporting. In an EPM Cloud Standard-mode application, the business process application setting, Smart View Ad Hoc Behavior, has been set to Standard.
