Viewing Taskflows

You store and manage taskflows in Oracle Hyperion Shared Services. The Taskflow Listing Summary shows the available taskflows by application, the user who created the taskflow, and a description.

To view taskflows:

  1. Select Navigate, then Administer, and then Consolidation Administration.
  2. Select Administration, and then Taskflows, and then Manage, or expand Taskflows from the left side navigation pane and select Manage.

Note:

When viewing tasks in a taskflow, users can only view those tasks to which they have access.
