Adding Dimension Attributes
To add dimension attributes:
- In your application, select Manage, and then Dimensions.
- Select a dimension, then click Actions, and then Edit.

On the Attributes tab, click Actions, then New, and then Add Attribute.
Enter the following:

Name
-
Description
-
Key Attribute
Select Key Attribute if this attribute is the key attribute.

Data Type
Select one:

Date
-
Date and Time
-
Integer
-
List
Do one:
-
Click Add, and then enter values for the attribute.

To import or export list items from a CSV file, click Import
or Export
.
Note:

Select Import Type to have any new import add items to the end of the list.

Number
If you select Number, select formatting options (The defaults are set in the Preferences section of the System Settings:

For Decimal Places, enter a value for the number of decimal places to be displayed.

Select Display as Percentage to display a percent sign.

Select Thousands Separator to display a thousands separator (for example, 1,000.00). The system displays the thousands separator symbol for the user locale.

In Negative Number, select how to display negative numbers; for example, (123).

Text (255 characters maximum)

Default Value
The attribute is populated with this value by default, which you can override.

- Click OK.

In Update Dimension, to select the new attribute as a "Key Attribute" for the dimension, select Key Attribute.
Note:
The system allows multiple attributes as key for a dimension.
