Unlocking Users

Unlocking a locked out user will enable their access to the application.

To unlock a user:

  1. On the Home page, select Administer.
  2. Under Security, expand Users.
  3. Select a user and click Edit button.
  4. Click Unlock button.
  5. Click OK.
