Editing a Formula Component

You can edit the statements that comprise a formula component, whether the results of calculating the formula component should be included in the log file (for Oracle Hyperion Financial Management applications only), and the formula component's comments, caption, name, and description.

Note:

Formula components can be used in Financial Management, Oracle Hyperion Planning, and Oracle Essbase block storage business rules and custom templates.

To edit a formula component:

In System View, right-click a formula, and then select Open.
In Component Designer, edit the formula properties, and then click .
