Comply with GSA Guidelines for Standard Forms (SF1442 and DD1594)

To comply with the latest GSA guidelines for Block 8 of SF1442 and SF33, the application now prints KO (Contracting Officer) details in solicitations and awards PDFs.

According to the GSA compliance requirements, the following changes are made in Oracle CLM: 

1. To be legally compliant, Solicitation Standard Form 1442 Block 8 (Address Offer To) is now mapped to the Issuing Office Contact on the Addresses tab. Prior to this release, this block was blank for the PDFs. 

2. Contract Completion Statement DD1594 PDF Box 5 EXCESS FUNDS: Implemented YES checkbox functionality. If Excess Fund Amount is provided in the Closeout page, then the EXCESS FUNDS, YES checkbox is automatically selected in the Contract Completion Statement. 

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
