Exclude Retroactive Price Changes for Closed Releases
The retroactive price update program provides more flexibility and control over the releases that are closed. It enables you to exclude the releases that are closed by you, even if there is open quantity on them. With this improved flexibility, you no longer need to review or update releases that may have been automatically opened by the retroactive pricing update program. Prior to Release 12.2.15, the retroactive pricing update program would automatically open and apply changes to all releases, including those with closed status, requiring you to review or update the releases manually.
Changes to Existing Flow :
A new lookup code Open Releases(Exclude Closed) is added to the profile PO: Allow Retroactive Pricing of POs.
When you select the new lookup code, the application identifies purchase orders with a Closed status and excludes them from price updates.
This ensures that pricing is not updated on closed documents.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
