- compartment_id (str) – The value to assign to the compartment_id property of this Instance.
- idcs_url (str) – The value to assign to the idcs_url property of this Instance.
- public_ip (str) – The value to assign to the public_ip property of this Instance.
- fhir_service_endpoint (str) – The value to assign to the fhir_service_endpoint property of this Instance.
- time_created (datetime) – The value to assign to the time_created property of this Instance.

- lifecycle_state (str) – The value to assign to the lifecycle_state property of this Instance. Any unrecognized values returned by a service will be mapped to ‘UNKNOWN_ENUM_VALUE’.
