EARLY - Early update cycle. Oracle delivers updates as soon as they're available. REGULAR - Regular update cycle. Oracle delivers updates a few weeks after completing the early update cycle. PHASE_1 - Reserved for future use. PHASE_2 - Reserved for future use.
