Listing a Work Request's Errors

View a list of error messages for a desktop pool's work request in Secure Desktops.

  To perform this task, you must be the desktop administrator.

  1. Open the navigation menu and select Compute. Under Secure Desktops, select Desktop Pools.
  2. Under List scope, select the compartment that contains the desktop pool with the work request that you want to view.
  3. Select the desktop pool name.
  4. Under Resources, select Work Requests.
  5. Select a work request operation.
  6. Under Resources, select Error Messages.
     Errors are listed in tabular form and display the following information:

     • Code
     • Message
     • Timestamp
• Use the work-request list-errors command and required parameters to list error messages for a work request:

  oci desktops work-request list-errors --work-request-id <ocid>
