New Tools and Features in OCI Generative AI Agents

OCI Generative AI Agents includes the following new tools and feature enhancements:

API endpoint calling tool

Use the API endpoint calling tool to run different API types with a suitable authentication method.

Agent tool

Leverage agents as tools to orchestrate multiple specialized agents that collaborate to accomplish a task.

Heatwave MySQL

Bring your own (BYO) vector embeddings from a Heatwave MySQL DB system to a RAG tool.

Data ingestion support for JSON, HTML, and MD documents

JSON, HTML and MD (Markdown) documents can now be provided as Object Storage data when using the RAG tool.

Improvements to data ingestion experience

Generative AI Agents now provides where applicable, the number of ingested, ignored, and failed files after an Object Storage data ingestion job is run. In addition, a detailed status log is available in the Console upon selecting a link in the job status tip.
