Oracle Linux 9 Image
The Oracle Linux 9 platform image is based on Oracle Linux 9 and can be used for Compute instances.
Oracle Linux platform images are released regularly to provide important and timely security and critical bug fixes. The image includes Oracle Ksplice preinstalled, which applies critical security patches to the kernel without requiring a reboot.

When you create an Oracle Linux 9 Compute instance, the following repositories are enabled on the instance by default.
