Enable an Exadata Database Service on Cloud@Customer System

You can enable Exadata Database Service on Cloud@Customer Services directly into Ops Insights, allowing you to gain insight into Capacity Planning and SQL Insights functionality.

Note

Exadata Database Service on Cloud@Customer Autonomous databases are currently not supported within Ops Insights.

The data may take up to 24 hours to appear.

To successfully enable an Exadata Database Service on Cloud@Customer Services and/or Cloud@Customer database follow these steps:
  1. Prerequisites and Permissions
  2. Add an Exadata Database Service on Cloud@Customer Service System
  3. Add an Exadata Database Service on Cloud@Customer Database
