Work Information

The Work request information includes:

• OCID: the OCID of the Work Request. Select Copy to copy the OCID
• Accepted: date and time when the Work Request started
• Completed: number of the sub-tasks completed in the work request
• Accepted: date and time when the Work Request was accepted
• Status last updated: date and time when the Work Request status was last updated
