Scheduled Tasks
Select Scheduled Tasks to view the table of Scheduled Tasks for the selected fleet.
In the Search and Filter text field, you can filter the displayed resources by using the drop-down menu. The available options include:
- Search by name: filter the list of scheduled tasks by the task name.
You can customize the table columns by using the Manage columns icon.
The table presents a list of Scheduled tasks that are created in the fleet. For each
scheduled task, the table presents the following information:
- Name: type of operation that was initiated during the selected time period, such as Scan for Java libraries
- Status: status of the scheduled task, which can be either: Active or Expired
- Created by: user who scheduled the task
- Summary: summary of the schedule
- Created on: date and time when the schedule was created
- Last run: date and time when the schedule was last run
- Next run: date and time of the next schedule
Select the horizontal ellipsis (…) to perform the following actions:
- Modify: you can make changes to the existing settings, including recurrence and schedule details.
- Delete: you can delete the required scheduled task. Note that already submitted work requests from this task will not be deleted. Once you have deleted a scheduled task, you won't be able to retrieve it in the future.
In the Items per page field, choose 10, 25, 50, or 100 items to display. Select the header of a column to sort the list based on the title of the column.
