Work Requests
Select Work Requests to view the table of Work Requests for the selected fleet.
In the Search and Filter text field, you can filter the displayed resources by using the drop-down menu. The available options include:
- Operation: filter the list of work requests by the type of operation
- Status: filter the list of work request by the status
You can customize the table columns by using the Manage columns icon.
- Operation: type of operation that was initiated during the selected time period, such as Scan for Java libraries
- Status: status of the work request, which can be one of: Accepted, In progress / Canceling, Canceled, Completed with Errors, Completed without Errors
- Progress: percentage of progress
- Created by: user who created the work request
- Accepted: date and time when the work request was accepted
- Started: date and time when the work request was started
- Finished: date and time when the work request was completed
- Status last updated: date and time when the status of work request was last updated
The Progress and Last Updated timestamp are refreshed when any of the following conditions are met:
- The progress changes by 5% or more
- The work request is completed
- The work request was updated over five minutes ago
In the Items per page field, choose 10, 20, 50, or 100 items to display. Select the header of a column to sort the list based on the title of the column.

To optimize agent performance, each agent will process up to 16 work requests per polling interval. If there are more than 16 work requests, any additional requests will be processed in subsequent polling intervals.
