About Billing Autonomous AI Database Dedicated Elastic Pools with Autonomous Data Guard
Describes how dedicated elastic pools configured with Autonomous Data Guard are billed.
You can enable Autonomous Data Guard on a dedicated elastic pool, provided another dedicated elastic pool is available either in the same region (for local Autonomous Data Guard peer) or in a remote region (for cross-region Autonomous Data Guard peer). The Pool leader cannot have local Autonomous Data Guard enabled.
Note
A dedicated elastic pool with Autonomous Data Guard is billed for its compute resources (ECPU usage) in the same way as any other elastic pool with Autonomous Data Guard. See About Billing Autonomous AI Database Elastic Pools with Autonomous Data Guard for more information.
