Working with the Status Report
The Status Report allows Customer User Administrators to sync user accounts with OIM, and remove, enable, or disable user accounts.
To work with the Status Report:
- In the Users dashboard, select the user, and then from the Status Report column click the Status Report icon.
The Status Report popup is displayed.
- Click Refresh Statuses.
It fetches the latest data for the contact from Oracle Identity Management.
- From the Accounts/Policy column, click the dots, and select:
- Remove to delete the user policy or account.
- Enable to activate the user account.
- Disable to deactivate the user account.
