Listing the Knowledge Bases in the Generative AI Agents service

List the knowledge bases in the Generative AI Agents service.

  1. In the navigation bar of the Console, select a region that hosts Generative AI Agents, for example, US Midwest (Chicago). If you don't know which region to select, see Regions with Generative AI Agents.
  2. Open the navigation menu  and select Analytics & AI. Under AI Services, select Generative AI Agents.
  3. Under Generative AI Agents, select Knowledge Bases.

    The Knowledge bases list page opens. All knowledge bases in the selected compartment are displayed in a table.

  4. To view the knowledge bases in a different compartment, use the Compartment filter to switch compartments.

    You must have permission to work in a compartment to see the resources in it. If you're not sure which compartment to use, contact an administrator. For more information, see Understanding Compartments.

  5. For each listed knowledge base, view the following properties:
    • Knowledge base name
    • Lifecycle state
      • Active
      • Creating
      • Deleting
      • Deleted
      • Failed
    • Creation date and time
