Provisioning Using Marketplace Catalogs

Use Marketplace catalog items managed by Fleet Application Management for your tenancy to help with infrastructure resource deployments.

Marketplace Catalogs allow you to quickly and consistently deploy infrastructure resources, ensuring standardization, security, and efficiency in managing cloud resources. For example, the Oracle Enterprise Landing Zones (ELZs) package is available in Marketplace catalog items, allowing you to deploy business-critical workloads with just a single click.

Fleet Application Management manages Marketplace catalog items and ensures that any newly published package or version is visible.

You can deploy a Marketplace catalog item by creating a task in a runbook and configuring a private catalog item configuration. This configuration includes specific Landing Zone details tailored to your tenancy. A sample configuration file named config.json is included with the package. You can extract this file, populate it with values specific to your tenancy, and create a configuration catalog as outlined in step 4 of the task creation process.
