Updating a Self-Hosted Instance

Update a self-hosted instance in Fleet Application Management.

If you update a self-hosted instance that's mapped to a runbook, the instance settings are updated in the runbook as well.

1. On the Self-hosted instances list page, find the self-hosted instance you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page, see Listing Self-Hosted Instances.
2. From the Actions menu () for the self-hosted instance, select Edit.
3. In the Edit self-hosted instance panel, update the settings as needed. For descriptions of settings, see Creating a Self-Hosted Instance.
4. Select Save changes.
Use the oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-admin platform-configuration update-platform-configuration-self-hosted-instance-config-category-details command and required parameters to update a self-hosted instance:
oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-admin platform-configuration update-platform-configuration-self-hosted-instance-config-category-details --config-category-details-instance-id <resource_OCID> --platform-configuration-id <platform_configuration_OCID> [OPTIONS]
