Deleting a Patch Type

Delete a custom patch type in Fleet Application Management.

You can't delete a patch type if it's associated with a product, or if it's an Oracle-defined patch type.

1. On the Patch types list page, find the patch type that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or the patch type, see Listing Patch Types.
2. From the Actions menu () for the patch type, select Delete.
3. In the Delete patch type dialog box, select Delete.
Use the oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-admin platform-configuration delete command and required parameters to delete a patch type.
oci fleet-apps-management fleet-apps-management-admin platform-configuration delete --platform-configuration-id <platform_configuration_OCID> [OPTIONS]
