Onboard

Learn about the purchase and configuration of Oracle Database@Google Cloud, which is called onboarding.

You perform most onboarding tasks only one time, during your Oracle Database@Google Cloud deployment. After you complete the onboarding tasks, you can begin provisioning and using Oracle Database resources in your Google Cloud environment.

The exact set of tasks you perform depends on the type of offer you purchase (public or private offer) and the database products you plan to use (Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Exadata Database Service). For details on the differences between the public offer (also called pay as you go) and the private offer, see Public Offer and Private Offer.

Onboarding uses both the Google Cloud Console and the Oracle Cloud Console.
