What's New in Autonomous Database Services for Azure

This is the list of product enhancements and fixes to Oracle Database@Azure (OracleDB@Azure) for Oracle Autonomous Database.

Mar 2025 Updated feature availability matrix, Terraform changes, Known issue additions, and networking changes to allow public IP access to ADBs. Update the Oracle Autonomous Database Feature or Function table on Autonomous Database Services for Azure. Updated the list of updatable properties on OCI Multicloud Landing Zone for Azure for Autonomous Database Services. Added a known issues for Provisioning status differences between OCI and Azure, Cloning an existing Autonomous Database instance, and Cross-region disaster recovery feature availability. Added changes in Provisioning an Autonomous Database for Azure for public IP accessibility.
Jan 2025 Expanded workload support Expanded workload support for JSON and APEX workloads.
Dec 2024 Observability Added a new section in the documentation for Monitoring Autonomous Database Services in Azure.
  Backup and cloning Added backup functionality (see Access Autonomous Database Backups and Restore Autonomous Database Backups) and cloning (see Clone Autonomous Database from Backups).
Oct 2024 Terraform support extended Added support for Autonomous Databases.
July 2024 Terraform Added a Quickstart Terraform Templates and Modules section. This section will grow as the templates and modules are revised and new content is added.
