Searching, Filtering, and Sorting Datasets

By default, the Dataset List page in Data Labeling displays all the datasets in a compartment, listed by most recently created first. You can sort or filter the datasets displayed in this page in several ways.

  1. (Optional) From Compartment select a different compartment that contains datasets.
  2. (Optional) You can filter the list displayed by:
    • State: By default this is set to Any state, but you can choose one of the possible states for a dataset instead, and only datasets in that state are shown.
    • Annotation class: By default this is set to All, but you can choose one of the possible classes for a dataset instead, and only datasets in that class are shown.
  3. (Optional) You can apply a Tag filter.
    1. In Tag filters, click add, to create a tag filter.
    2. In the Apply tag filter window, select a Tag namespace and a Tag Key.
    3. For Tag Value, choose to Match any value or Specify matching values.
    4. If you chose Specify matching values, enter a value in the text field. To add more values, click + and enter another value in the new text field.
    5. Click Apply filter.
    6. Repeat steps a to e to add another Tag filter.
  4. (Optional) You can search for a datsaset by name, by typing in Search by name.
  5. (Optional) You can sort the list of datasets, by Name, Type, or date Created.
