Editing a Web Application Firewall Policy Firewall

Update a firewall contained within a web application firewall policy.

When you edit a firewall, you can also update its tags. For more information about tagging, see Resource Tags.
    1. On the Policies list page, select the WAF policy that contains the firewalls that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or the policy, see Listing Web Application Firewall Policies.
    2. On the WAF policy's details page, under Policy, select Firewalls.
    3. Select the firewall that you want to edit.
    4. On the firewall's details page, select Edit.
    5. In the Edit firewall dialog box, edit the firewall settings. For field descriptions, see Adding a Firewall to a Web Application Firewall Policy.
    6. Select Save changes.
  • Use the oci waf web-app-firewall update-for-load-balancer command and required parameters to edit a firewall contained within a web application firewall policy:

    oci waf web-app-firewall update-for-load-balancer --web-app-firewall-id web_app_firewall_ocid [OPTIONS]
