Deleting a Load Balancer Log

Remove an access or error log from a load balancer.

Note

Deleting a log from the load balancer permanently removes the log and all its collected data. If you think you might want that log information at a later time, you can disable the log and then re-enable it later. For details, see Disabling and Re-enabling a Log.

Using the Console

  1. On the Load balancers list page, select the load balancer that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or the load balancer, see Listing Load Balancers.
  2. On the load balancer's details page, select Monitoring and find the Logs section.
    All logs are displayed in a table.
  3. From the Actions menu for the log category you want, select Delete.
  4. When prompted, confirm the deletion.
