Configure Regular VLAN 100 With Ports Used in an XVLAN
In a traditional VLAN, the VLAN represents an L3 broadcast domain or a subnet. XVLAN provides a discrete isolation of ports belonging to a traditional VLAN. Therefore, one host in an XVLAN can communicate with some of the hosts in the XVLAN, while the first host cannot communicate with other hosts even though they are in the same XVLAN and subnet.
An XVLAN consists of two types of XVLANs, principal and restricted.
