To create an Enterprise JavaBean, you must have an EJB Project. For more

To Create an EJB
- Right-click the EJB project folder in the Application pane.
- Select New-->Folder, and give the folder an appropriate
name corresponding to the Java package name for the EJB. Create subfolders
if necessary to reflect the package name.

Right-click the lowest folder in the package name,
choose New, and select Entity Bean, Message-driven
bean,
or Session bean. The New File dialog appears.

is also possible to create an entity bean from a database table. For more

- In the file name field, enter a name for the EJB file.
The file name must have an
ejb extension.
- Click Create.
