Introducing WebLogic SIP Server 2.1

WebLogic SIP Server 2.1 provides integrated HTTP, EJB, Servlet, and network (SIP) containers to enable rapid development and deployment of next-generation telecom services. WebLogic SIP Server builds on the award-winning WebLogic Server 8.1 application server to introduce many telecom-specific capabilities, including:

An integrated development environment for creating converged services
High performance and throughput for handling carrier-grade call volumes
Proven reliability and scalability
Enterprise-level management and monitoring tools
Standards compliance for J2EE applications, telecom services, and converged applications

WebLogic SIP Server 2.1 includes an integrated SIP Server container based on the JSR116 specification. WebLogic SIP Server also implements many important SIP RFCs as described in Supported Specifications and RFCs.
