ERROR: Cannot stop processes from non-master node
|
Description |
The shutdown command invokes tmshutdown(1) to shut down processes. Because tmshutdown(1) needs access to the DBBL for successful processing, it must run on the master node (that is, where the DBBL resides). |
Action |
Consult the MASTER keyword of the RESOURCES section of the ubbconfig(5) file to determine your application's master node. This is the node on which tmadmin(1)'s shutdown command must be executed. Note that if the master command was previously executed, the DBBL may be running on the backup node instead. In this case, the shutdown command must be executed from tmadmin(1) running on the backup node.
